There’s one thing I love about the husband God has given me. He never forgets the things I love and care about. Once he finds out that there’s something I truly desire, he won’t let me settle for anything else. He becomes determined to get me my heart’s desire, even if it take him years to do it. He doesn’t forget.
And it is the same with God. The LORD remembers every time we’ve said, “Oh, I would love it if…” or, “I would be so happy to…” He remembers everything we say, everything we think about and imagine. Some things we may have forgotten we desired, but He hasn’t. He is just as determined to bring those desires to pass, even if it take years.
Father God, thank you for loving me the way you do. You remember every dream and desire in my heart. Help me not to settle, but trust you bring those things to pass in your perfect timing and in your perfect way In Jesus’ name, Amen.
